RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns on applicable merchandise provided they are received within fourteen (14) days of receipt in their original condition and packaging. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached to be accepted for return. Damaged items will not be accepted for return and will be subsequently sent back to the customer.
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee.

The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

1. Email mchats@feelinghatty.com with your order number to receive a return label.

2. Carefully pack your hat in the original packaging. Please ensure all items are unworn with tags attached.

3. Mail your return using the return label provided (unauthorized returns will not be accepted)

Exchanges are currently unavailable.

SHIPPING: INFORMATION & SERVICES

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally be shipped by the next following business day. Please note holidays may affect shipment times. MCHats is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.

Standard Domestic Shipping

For all IE/UK orders, standard shipping is offered at a standard rate. Expect orders to arrive with 2-5 working days from shipping date. Free shipping is offered for orders over €30 within the Republic of Ireland. Tracking information will be provided to you when your order is processed, please allow up to 24 hours to update. 

Expedited Shipping Options

Expedited shipping options are currently not available however all orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
